So what does a Specialist – Employee Experience actually do at PeopleStrong?

You are the first friend a new hire meets when they join. You help them navigate through their initial days, make sure their documentation is smooth, and answer their questions (yes, even the silly ones) with patience and empathy.

You are also the silent force behind operational excellence—updating employee databases, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and generating reports. It's not glamorous work on the surface, but it's deeply impactful.

You’re a people-person who understands the power of process.

  • You’ve worked in HR ops or a similar role for 1–3 years.

A Day in Your Life at PeopleStrong

Imagine this:

You start your day with a quick huddle to discuss new joiners for the week. A candidate has a last-minute document missing—you coordinate with the recruiter and the candidate to resolve it swiftly. Post that, you assist in a virtual induction call, where you introduce new employees to the organization with warmth and clarity.

Later in the day, you update the employee database, respond to a few employee queries about benefits and reimbursements, and follow up on background verification reports. Before signing off, you prepare the weekly MIS report and share it with the HRBP team.

It’s fast-paced, yes. But it’s also fulfilling.
