📌 Open Roles & What You’ll Do

🔐 SOC Analyst L1 JOB

Perfect for early-career professionals or recent grads.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security alerts and events using SIEM tools (Microsoft Sentinel experience is a plus)

• Perform initial triage and classify incidents

• Escalate confirmed incidents to L2 for deeper analysis

• Document and update runbooks for common incident types

• Stay updated on latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities

What You Need:

• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts

• Understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security

• Familiarity with log analysis and basic scripting is a plus

• Clear communication and strong documentation skills

🔐 SOC Analyst L2 HIRING 

For professionals with 2+ years of hands-on SOC experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced investigation and correlation across multiple data sources

• Respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and suggest mitigation steps

• Fine-tune SIEM alerts and playbooks for better detection and response

• Mentor L1 analysts and provide training on threat detection best practices

• Collaborate with other security teams for threat hunting and vulnerability assessments

What You Need:

• Deep familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel or similar SIEM platforms

• Experience in malware analysis, endpoint forensics, or network security

• Strong scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a bonus

• Excellent analytical thinking and incident response skills

🛡 SOC Team Lead HIRING 

For seasoned professionals ready to lead, mentor, and drive SOC excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the SOC team and coordinate response to major security incidents

• Ensure consistent, high-quality alert triage, incident management, and reporting

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to improve security posture

• Build processes, playbooks, and KPIs for continuous SOC improvement

• Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and training to SOC analysts

What You Need:

• 5+ years of SOC or security operations experience

• Expertise in SIEM operations, Microsoft Sentinel preferred

• Leadership and people management experience

• Industry certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, Azure Security Engineer, etc.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
