Key Responsibilities

🎯 Employee Lifecycle Management
- Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions
- Coordinating background verification, documentation, and induction
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS updates
📜 Compliance and Documentation
- Ensuring adherence to US labor laws and company policies
- Handling audits and compliance reporting for clients and internal teams
- Managing EEO, I-9, and other required documentation
🧠Employee Relations
- Addressing employee queries and concerns with empathy and clarity
- Assisting with conflict resolution and employee engagement activities
- Supporting performance management initiatives
💼 Benefits and Payroll Coordination
- Liaising with payroll and benefits vendors for the US team
- Addressing employee concerns related to insurance, time-off, etc.
- Ensuring smooth payroll cycles through accurate data sharing
📈 Process Improvement
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline HR workflows
- Keeping up to date with changing HR trends and regulations in the US
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking professionals who are not just experienced, but also proactive and people-centric.
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in US HR operations or similar HR roles for US-based clients
- Familiarity with US labor laws, compliance processes, and HR documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Noida from Day 1
- Comfortable working in US time zones (night shift)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with HRIS tools like ADP, Workday, or BambooHR
- Knowledge of benefits administration or vendor coordination
