As we continue to grow across international markets, we are looking to bring on a skilled Recruiter who has prior experience with European hiring to help scale our talent efforts.
Your Role
As a Recruiter at Pracya, you will be responsible for leading the full recruitment cycle for roles across Europe. You'll partner closely with hiring managers, build proactive talent pipelines, and ensure a world-class candidate experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across European countries and time zones.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and timeline expectations.
- Proactively source and engage talent through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for fit and qualifications while championing a great candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate decision-making in collaboration with hiring teams.
- Leverage tools and best practices to streamline the hiring funnel and improve time-to-hire.
What You Bring:
- 1–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience hiring for roles across Europe (multiple regions or languages a plus).
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms or ATS tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Comfort working remotely with distributed teams across different time zones.
